If you wish to walk a mile in an Ingster’s shoes all you need to do is apply for one of our internship programs. In the event that you are a student keen on working on your dev skills and enjoying the thrills of the tech-savvy work environment, then go for it!

What Do We Offer?

Ingternship is the annual summer program that lasts for 5 weeks and gives our interns a chance to explore this one-of-a-kind career opportunity. The same applies to our standard internship program, except for the fact that it doesn’t take place during a summer break, and lasts for two months.

Application, Testing & Interviews

Signing up for Ingternship is pretty straightforward. All you need to do is apply before March 8 so that we can review your application. Along with your application, you will also need to submit your CV and choose your field of expertise - either front-end or back-end. And finally, you will be tested! Nothing dramatic as it sounds though :) It’s a no-brainer, tailored to the selected field of expertise you can do from your home, cafe, pub, or while sunbathing on the beach in the Bahamas, basically wherever you are at the time and when you feel like it.

Once the testing phase is done we will conduct an interview in person where we get to learn more about you, and you get to learn all about our Ingternship program. Luckily, you don’t have to wait for the interview to get down to the nitty-gritty of Ingternship. Here is a small taste of what is to come.

What Is it Like?

On top of what was mentioned so far, spending 5 weeks among the fellow Ingsters and gaining relevant work experience, you will also get a mentor. A mentor is an experienced developer that will coach you on the technology you chose during the application process, give you hints, and help you improve. Getting to collaborate with veteran Ingsters adds another layer of value to the whole program. Furthermore, the entire program is tailored to your skill level and interests, so there’s no need to worry if you’ll have trouble understanding something or even learning things you already know - You set the pace and we will follow.

In other words, you get to develop your skills and knowledge, you get valuable experience, and most importantly you can actually get paid along the way. Moreover, this is an ideal opportunity to secure your position at Ingsoftware. Once you decide to launch your career, you won’t have to spend time scratching your head and asking - Now what? Tailored to Your Own Needs

We also know that summer break is your precious time off and that you might have vacation plans, so we wouldn’t want to burden you with additional re-works to your calendar. To that end, you get to choose when you wish for your Ingternship to start, anywhere between June and October. We pride ourselves in offering flexibility, so pick your starting date and we will accommodate the request.

Do not think of Ingternship as a chore. Even if we do take our work seriously, we are more than confident that you will find our working environment enjoyable. It is because we make sure to take time to bond, create positive workplace memories, and do lots of fun team bonding activities during breaks.
